Spent New Year at a hotel that felt like home. Very clean and comfortable with convenient location - close to the metro station and shops. Hotel staff was super friendly and helpful. I enjoyed the complimentary breakfast omelettes and the fact that we could check in even at midnight. Wi-Fi was strong and stable.
No refrigerator in the room and I wish they had provided slippers. We experienced some trouble with hot water and heating, but that was fixed after we reported it.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was impeccable, and the hotel facilities were top-notch. The staff was friendly and helpful, especially Tatiana at the reception desk who spoke fluent English. The location was incredibly convenient, being just a 10-minute walk from Isani metro station and close to Carrefour, pharmacy, and other amenities. Transportation was also easily accessible.

We had a great stay - cozy and clean hotel. Location is perfect, nearby metro station and shopping places. Staff, particularly Tatiana, were very helpful and spoke fluent English. Breakfast was delicious!

Cheap and comfortable room, delicious omelettes in the morning, convenient midnight check-in, close to Isani metro and easy access to bus to Lagodekhi. Helpful staff and nice outside facilities.

The hotel is situated in a great location, close to supermarkets and public transportation. Our room was comfortable and had air conditioning, which was perfect for the hot weather during our stay. We also enjoyed the delicious omelettes offered during breakfast.
The cleanliness of the hotel left something to be desired. Our room wasn't thoroughly cleaned, and we found some dirt and hairs on the sheets.
